Refunds

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for online orders or pre-orders. If you’ve placed a pre-order, you will receive your product as promised.

Exchanges

• Exchanges can only be made on Ready To Wear Items,. 

• Exchanges + Refund can only be made if you received incorrect item.

• Exchange Time Frame: 14 days from delivery date 

• To request an exchange, email us at info@gregggstlyescollection.com for confirmation and the correct return address.
• Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.

Important Exchange Notes

• Do not ship items back without confirmation from us.
• Shipping fees for pre-order items are non-refundable as pre-orders ship at the original purchase rate.
